We don't stock what we don't run in the bays. Every SKU below is something a crew reached for this week. Walk in and we'll tell you which one is wrong for your paint — that conversation is free.
Nothing on the shelf matches that. Try a broader search, or call the counter — we can usually order it in two days.
Prices are counter prices and exclude Florida sales tax. Trade and dealership accounts are billed on the monthly statement — ask for the fleet sheet.

Site deployment
We walk the lot, measure real throughput, and recruit to your volume — not to a template. Crew is vetted, badged and insured before day one.

Integration
Crew learns your process, your DMS tags and your standards. They report to your used-car director the way an in-house team would.
- Phase 03
Execution
Daily on-site supervision. Units move through wash, recon, correction and PDI on a tracked line, with a final inspection before front-line release.
- Phase 04
Optimisation
We review cycle time, rework rate and cost per unit with you on a set cadence, then staff up or down against your actual inventory curve.
Bring your recon line in-house without hiring a single person.
